Has the DAP Government Improved the Quality of Life of Penangites since 2008
There has been lots of rhetoric about how DAP has brought in FDI into Penang and that the Penang Govt is now debt free. But has this brought about an actual improvement in the quality of life of both lower and middle income Penangites ?
