How to Score on iPidato
iPidato users earn points for participating in any activity on iPidato.com. Stay on top of the game by earning iPidato Score points.
1. iPIDATO SCORE
The iPidato Score is a global score for any action taken on iPidato.com. Get points by debating, commenting and rating debates.
There are only 3 ways to users to get or lose points in their iPidato Score:
Vote a winner, get 1 pt
Rate a debate, get 1 pt
Win or Lose a debate, points as detailed in Rating Debates below.
Users also lose 1 pt per day if they do not log in and debate, comment or rate other players' debates.
2. RATING DEBATES
Users can rate a debate 1 - 5 stars, and point are added or deducted from the debaters as follows:
1 star = -1 pt;
2 stars = 0 pt;
3 stars = 1 pt;
4 stars = 2 pt;
5 stars = 3 pt.
The debaters get points determined by the number of users who rated, multiplied by the final prorated star count (i.e. 20 users rate 3 stars, hence 20 x 3 = 60 points).
Meanwhile, users score 1 point for rating a debate. The more debates you rate, the higher your iPidato Score.
Debaters in a debate are awarded points, by other users to determine a winner. Each click of vote is multiplied by the iPidato Score of the voter. Highest score wins the debate and the winner is awarded 100 points in his iPidato Score, while the loser gets 5 points in his iPidato Score for participating.
4. DEBATE CRED
Debate Cred is the percentage of LIKES vs DISLIKES for statements submitted in a debate.
5. COMMENT CRED
Comment Cred is the percentage of LIKES vs DISLIKES for comments.
6. WINNING STREAK
Winning Streak is the percentage of Wins vs Loss.
